Keith and Lynne, who have spent years developing their special --trees, believe in the 'total immersion' concept of Christmas. They have converted an old barn on their Puriri property into a superbly decorated Christmas Tree shop. There they have on sale a wide range of specially-imported and locally made Christmas decorations. Their home, just 50 metres away, is beautifully decorated with a myriad coloured lights depicting several classic Christmas scenes. Around the home and the barn are thousands of growing Christmas trees, and visitors are invited to bring their families, select their very own tree and make the beginnings of the Christmas season a special time for everyone.

Courtneys' Christmas Tree Farm is located at 40 Puriri Valley Road, on the highway between Paeroa and Thames, with the turn-off well signposted. From the last weekend every November the farm is open to the public every day from 9am to 8pm.
